Chief Warrant Officer 4 Darren Minnemann, Indiana Army National Guard J1-Personnel Services Branch-Systems Chief helped lead Indiana’s Human Resources team through the migration from the Standard Installation and Division Personnel Reporting System (SIDPERS) to the Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army (IPPS-A). Minnemann is most proud of the teamwork the state showed in successfully completing the migration.
