FORT CARSON, Colo. — Earl and Bettie Peterson will retire in a ceremony Feb. 26, 2020, at 10 a.m. at the William “Bill” Reed Special Events Center at Fort Carson, Colorado. Earl Peterson retired from active-duty with 22 years of service and will retire from civil service with 21 years of service. Bettie Peterson will retire with 30 years of civil service.
