The Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) at Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic in New Orleans recently renewed their Help Desk Institute (HDI) Certification. The HDI Certification ensures that the ESD’s processes and procedures are streamlined and efficient so that best possible customer service is provided to the warfighter. The ESD is the Department of the Navy’s (DON) largest help desk and serves as the “one stop shop” 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year to more than one million warfighters stationed across the world.
