Emad, the incoming facility officer in charge, and the Soldiers from the 108th Sustainment Brigade, Task Force Lincoln, Team Blackhawks, Illinois Army National Guard, who are executing the logistics advise, assist, and enable mission under the 1st Theater Sustainment Command supporting Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve to continue building the sustainment capability of the Iraqi Security Forces.
