The Coast Guard Cuttter Joseph Doyle interdicted a 25-foot white and orange trip migrant vessel off the west coast of Desecheo Island, Puerto Rico March 1, 2020. The vessel was transporting four migrants of Dominican Republic nationality. The four men were repatriated back to the Dominican Republic along with 25 other Dominican Republic migrants, 20 men and five women, from a second migrant case that was interdicted later that morning.
