Staff Sgt. Eric Aldana, a competitor in this year's Arizona's Best Warrior Competition, uses his compass to find his bearings on the land navigation course at Camp Navajo in Bellemont, Ariz., March 2, 2020. On the first day of the four-day-long competition, the 42 participants got an early start with an equipment layout followed by a modified version of the Army's new Combat Fitness Test and finished their day by testing their navigation skills on Camp Navajo.
