Members of the press raise their hands to ask Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Jonathan Greenert questions during a press conference to update the public on the status of Navy. During the press conference Greenert announced Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy Rick West will retire this year and his relief as the 13th MCPON will be Fleet Master Chief Michael D. Stevens.
