    107th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment

    Sgt. Marc Legagnour, a non-commissioned officer in the Florida Army National Guard helps direct cars moving into the screening-lane of the Orange County Convention Center Community Based Testing Site. Legagnour, originally from Jeremie, Haiti, is one of a handful of Soldiers who can speak Haitian-Creole, and has been asked to assist in the event a translation is needed.
