Soldiers assigned to B Company, 51st Expeditionary Signal Battalion, 35th Theater Tactical Signal Brigade have been supporting U.S. Army North Command in response to the COVID-19 pandemic by providing reliable communications platforms for medical and logistical units, as well as headquarters staff in Defense Support of Civilian Authorities (DSCA) missions. Teams from the 51st are actively providing support while operating from multiple locations such as the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City, Joint-Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ and Anderson, SC for follow-on missions.
