A Pennsylvania National Guard Light Medium Tactical Vehicle, or LMTV, loaded with special needs cots drives from the Norristown State Hospital facility to Philadelphia on Friday, April 3. Members of the PNG's 1/104th Cavalry -- part of Pennsylvania Task Force South -- delivered 125 cots to the Federal Emergency Management Agency field hospital located at Temple University's Liacourus Center in north Philadelphia. The facility will be used as a potential surge hospital for patient care in the event that city hospitals are overwhelmed treating patients amid the COVID-19 outbreak.
