New Endangered Species Biologist Jessup Weichelt is shown Nov. 26, 2019, at his office with the Directorate of Public Works Environmental Division Natural Resources Branch (NRB) at Fort McCoy, Wis. In his position, he replaces biologist Tim Wilder, who became the NRB chief.
