Brig. Gen. Linda Hurry, center left, director of logistics for the Deputy Chief of Staff for logistics, engineering and force protection, and Col. Kenyon Bell, center right, 82nd Training Wing commander, watch as Col. William Maxwell, chief of aircraft maintenance division at the Pentagon, tries the fear of heights virtual reality demonstration at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, March 5, 2020. Some jobs, like the 366th Training Squadron electrical systems course, use this VR technology to test their students psychology before they are even able to train. This saves the squadron time and money if there is a student with a genuine fear of heights that could not be overcome with therapy and training. If a student is not able to get over their fear, they are given choices of other career fields to reclass into. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Pedro Tenorio)
