A B-2 Spirit pilot and an aircrew flight equipment technician assigned to the 509th Bomb Wing at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri, run a pre-flight check on a mask at Royal Air Force Fairford, England, on March 17, 2020. Airmen assigned to the Whiteman AFB AFE operations and fabrications sections are responsible for maintaining, equipping and fitting their B-2 Spirit pilots with the gear they need to fly safely and successfully. While these Total Force Airmen are forward to RAF Fairford in support of BTF Europe, they provide the same level of critical support as they would at home station. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt.
