Representatives from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Honolulu District, the government of Guam, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), U.S. Department Health and Human Services, and 18th MEDCOM conducted a site assessment April 22 of the Guam Basketball National Training Center in Tiyan for potential future use as Alternate Care Facility.
