Cmdr. Francis Williams and Personnel Specialist 3rd Class Ashley Urbanski, the longest and shortest serving Sailors at Combined Security Transition Command-Afghanistan (CSTC-A), cut a cake before a gathering of Sailors celebrating the Navy's 232nd birthday at Camp Eggers. More than 120 of the 800 Sailors in Afghanistan serve at CSTC-A, and make up 20 percent of the joint command.
