Woods was visiting the 7457th Medical Backfill Battalion that forms an Army Reserve Urban Augmentation Medical Task Force, prepared to assist with patient care in areas heavily-affected by the COVID-19 virus. The Army Reserve has nearly 3,000 Soldiers supporting the Department of Defense response to the virus.
