This week’s Wyvern Warrior Team is the 31st Security Forces Squadron alpha flight. The alpha flight developed a Quick Reaction Checklist to identify individuals exposed to COVID-19 in order to mitigate further exposure to other personnel. The Quick Response Checklist was adopted by additional commands and was benchmarked by USAFE.
The team’s hero is David Goggins, a former TACP Airman and Navy Seal, and they are inspired by his ability to push through extreme mental and physical obstacles.
The alpha flight’s motto is “if you stay ready, you ain’t gotta get ready!” It exemplifies the Defender’s way, as they work long shifts year round, including holidays, to ensure the safety of our Airmen and their families.
