200430-N-SD744-1001 ENNIBUR, Marshall Islands (April 30, 2020) Construction Electrician 3rd Class Christian Carnate, deployed with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, Detail Marshall Islands, wires an inverter, which is a part of the solar panel system for the Ennibur Medical Clinic. U.S. Navy Seabees are installing an 1800-watt 12-volt mono-crystalline solar panel system that will provide electricity to Ennibur’s medical clinic and police station. NMCB-5 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
