Kosovo Force Regional Command-East Soldiers from Delta Company, 2-162 Infantry Battalion, Oregon Army National Guard move flour and disinfectant alcohol into a container along with local Red Cross representatives at Primary School Brothers Aksich in Suvi Do/Suhadolli, Kosovo on May 14, 2020. KFOR RC-E personnel transported the flour and disinfectant alcohol from a Red Cross warehouse in Zvecan to Primary School Brothers Aksich in Suvi Do/Suhadolli. KFOR RC-E’s Effects Battalion liaison monitoring teams “Kilo 5”, comprised of servicemembers from the Greek Army, and “Kilo 11”, comprised of servicemembers from the Slovenian Armed Forces, coordinated the pick-up and drop-off sites with representatives from the Red Cross. KFOR RC-E’s Maneuver Battalion provided transportation to the sites and personnel to off-load the supplies. KFOR RC-E supports the institutions and people in Kosovo and continues to strengthen community partnerships amid COVID-19.
