The 34th Military Police Company hosted a ceremony to dedicate a memorial to fallen comrades Spc. Daniel P. Drevnick, 22, of Woodbury, Minn., Spc. James D. Wertish, 20, of Olivia, Minn., and Spc. Carlos E. Wilcox, 27, of Cottage Grove, Minn. at the armory in Stillwater, Minn., July 14, 2012. Minnesota Adjutant General Rick Nash talks with Charlene Wilcox, mother of fallen Spc. Carlos E. Wilcox. On July 16, 2009, these three heroes were killed when Contingency Operating Base Basra in Iraq was attacked by indirect fire.
