BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan: Brig. Gen. James Hunt, 455th Air Expeditionary Wing commander performs his last official act in the OEF theatre promoting 2 Lt Carl Ivey. General Hunt said, this is the first time I have promoted a 2 Lt and I am honored to do so in the theatre of operations here in Afghanistan. (I have learned a lot in the last four months deployed here and honored that General Hunt promoted me, a promotion I will never forget,) said Lieutenant Ivey.
