Several Pennsylvania National Guard Soldiers integrated with PEMA’s Incident Management Team in early March to assist in planning the agency’s COVID-19 response. Lt. Col. Tim Brooks, Tim Sevison, Deputy Director for Response, PEMA and Maj. Jim O'Shea converse at PEMA's headquarters in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania July 2. O'Shea and Brooks were two of the staff from the Pennsylvania National Guard supporting the reponse.
