    Are you experiencing mental burnout?

    As COVID-19 continues, individuals may feel drained from adapting to the new normal. Isolation and disrupted routines can take a heavy toll mentally, which makes mental burnout a high possibility. Mental burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. It occurs when you feel overwhelmed, and emotionally drained.
