Following an investigation by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Las Vegas with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), of members and associates of La Mara Salvatrucha, also known as MS-13, a transnational criminal organization, were arrested based on indictments. Charges include murder in-aid-of racketeering, attempted murder, murder conspiracy, related firearms offenses and narcotics distribution conspiracy.
