YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 18, 2020) －David Saotome, Yokosuka Navy Exchange (NEX) stock handler, is the driver for the NEX Mobile Canteen van. He cruises around Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) waterfront to sell drinks, snacks and hot mini-meals to Sailors and tenant command employees. For 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
