Ethan Millisor, a crisis response team member with Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear Platoon, Headquarters Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, ascends with a simulated casualty during a rope rescue technicians course at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Okinawa, Japan, July 29, 2020.
