FORT BENNING, Ga. –During a ceremony reactivating the Army's 197th Infantry Brigade here July 31, the brigade's new senior enlisted leader, Command Sgt. Maj. Victor M. Benavides, holds in position the unit's colors, which have just been ceremonially uncased. The brigade's new commander is Col. Bart G. Hensler (left). The Army inactivated the brigade in 2013, but has reactivated it to increase the ability to train recruits for service with the Infantry through what is known as Infantry One-Station Unit Training, or OSUT.
