Since May 2018, U.S. Navy Capt. Henry Stephenson has led the U.S. Transportation Command’s intelligence community. After achieving a 25-year military career, he officially retires from active-duty service in October, but a retirement ceremony will be conducted August 14, at USTRANSCOM, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. During his more than two-year tour of duty at the global, warfighting combatant command, Stephenson concurrently served as Director of Intelligence (J2) and Commanding Officer of the Navy Element.
