Lt. Gen. John F. Mulholland, Jr., the outgoing commanding general for U.S. Army Special Operations Command passes the unit colors to Gen. Raymond Odierno, the 38th U.S. Army Chief of Staff during the Change of Command Ceremony for USASOC, July 24 on Fort Bragg, N.C. Following his tenure at USASOC, Mulholland will take the position of deputy commanding general of U.S. Special Operations Command.
