A parking lot was paved for a new barracks under construction at Naval Air Station Patuxent River Jul. 31 2019. The 108,000 square foot, multi-story housing barracks is being built by NAVFAC Washington and its contractor partners and will feature 73 two-bedroom units for unaccompanied enlisted Sailors. The barracks is set to be completed in Aug. 2020.
