Sgt. Robert Keane III of Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Africa, along with other Marines and sailors of the quick reaction force, attempt to control a role player after his attempt to start a riot near the entrance of the evacuation point. Keane, a native of Pensacola, Fla., is a reservist with 3rd Force Reconnaissance Company in Mobile, Ala. Marines and sailors of Special-Purpose MAGTF Africa took part in ECC training on Naval Station Rota, Spain, July 20, 2012. The exercise allowed the Special-Purpose MAGTF to practice a noncombatant evacuation operation.
