Brigid Serafin, a registered nurse with COVID Theater Hospital-1, demonstrates proper donning procedures to Dr. Frank Gavini, Adventist Health Hanford Chief Medical Officer and Laurie Taggart, Adventist Health Hanford's patient care executive, while discussing the most important lessons the Air Force medical support team will take away from their mission to support the Hanford, California-based hospital, Aug. 31, 2020. CTH-1, compiled of medical providers, nurses, technicians and support staff from the U.S. Air Force 60th Medical Group provided lifesaving care alongside their civilian counterparts in hospitals across California.
