MISAWA, Japan (September 1, 2020) – Two P-8A Poseidon aircraft assigned to the “Screaming Eagles” of Patrol Squadron (VP) 1 and one EP-3E Orion aircraft assigned to the “World Watchers” of Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron (VQ) 1 standby on the Naval Air Facility (NAF) Misawa flight line. NAF Misawa provides aviation and ground logistics support and services to all permanent and transient U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps forces in Northern Japan.
