FT WAYNE, IN (Aug. 27, 2020) Commodore, Navy Recruiting Region East Capt. Katrina Hill presents Cmdr. David Pavlik with a Meritorious Service Medal for his leadership as commanding officer of Navy Recruiting District Michigan during a change of command ceremony for Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) Heartland at Parkview Field in Ft. Wayne, Ind. Cmdr. Paolo Singh relieved Pavlik as commanding officer of NTAG Heartland. NTAG Heartland’s mission is to recruit young men and women into the Navy from the areas of Michigan, Indiana and Northwest Ohio.
