    BACH physical therapist Dr. Lee Webb, models a neuromuscular electrical stimulation device used by Soldiers who participated in a research project aimed at finding effective methods to treat service members with patellofemoral pain syndrome, or runner’s knee. The device uses electricity to stimulate muscles and nerves to help improve flexibility, strength and movement.
