Clarke, right, commander, U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), observes a diving evolution during SEAL Qualification Training and speaks with an instructor from Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Basic Training Command (BTC) about his role in training the next generation of U.S. Navy SEALs. NSW BTC provides initial and advanced training to the Sailors who make up the U.S. Navy’s SEAL and Special Boat Teams.
