Georgia Air National Guardsmen Maj. Garret Ruby, a joint terminal attack controller (JTAC) from the Savannah-based 165th Air Support Operations Squadron, 165th Airlift Wing, is training call-for-fire engagements with forward observers from 4th Squadron, 2d Cavalry Regiment during Noble Partner 20 at Vaziani Training Area, Georgia Sept. 15, 2020.
