    Rear Adm. Jamie Kelly, commander of U.S. Naval Forces Japan, visits with Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 7 at the material covered storage facility under construction at Camp Shields. Kelly talked about his vision for Seabees deployed to Okinawa while also gaining feedback on command policies. NMCB-7 is deployed to the far east to provide construction support to shore installations in support of the global war on terrorism.
