Staff Sgt. Zachary Valentine, explosive ordnance disposal technician with Kosovo Force Regional-Command East EOD, discusses electrical circuits with Maj. Joseph Twigg, 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team Oregon National Guard, during EOD Day Sep. 27, 2020 at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo.
