201002-N-PH222-1430 El Centro, CA (Oct. 02, 2020) Crewmembers aboard a MH-60S Knighthawk helicopter, assigned to the “Black Knights” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 4, stationed in San Diego, participate in a Personnel Recovery mission exercise designed to retrieve fallen crew members in hostile territory. HSC 4 provides vertical lift search and rescue, logistics, anti-surface warfare, special operations forces support, and combat search and rescue capabilities.
