Coast Guard overflights of the Domican Republic show significant flooding from Tropical Storm Noel. The Coast Guard, supporting humanitarian and search and rescue efforts in the Dominican Republic, reports that they saved 42 lives and delivered 15,900 food rations to storm victims, Friday.
