Commander U.S. Coast Guard Atlantic Area Vice Admiral Steven Poulin visits U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Campbell following a two-month deployment supporting joint Arctic operations off Greenland's western coast.
Vice Admiral Poulin presented the Unit Commendation Award to the crew of the CAMPBELL on Sept. 29, 2020, for their contributions in the joint exercises, research and development efforts and critical diplomatic engagements throughout their Arctic deployment.
