Commander U.S. Coast Guard Atlantic Area Vice Admiral Steven Poulin and Command Master Chief Devin Spencer visit U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Campbell on Sept. 29, 2020 ,following a two-month deployment supporting joint Arctic operations off Greenland's western coast. Vice Admiral Poulin presented the Unit Commendation Award to the crew of the CGC Campbell for their contributions in the joint exercises, research and development efforts and critical diplomatic engagements.
