Minister of Defense of Romania Nicolae Ciuca visited Arlington National Cemetery to participate in an Armed Forces Wreath-Laying Ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, hosted by U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Omar Jones IV, commanding general, U.S. Army Military District of Washington.
During his visit, Ciuca also toured the Memorial Amphitheater Display Room and met with Karen Durham-Aguilera, executive director, Arlington National Cemetery and Office of Army Cemeteries, to present a gift to the unknown soldiers.
