Jake Landis a native of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and a squad leader, and mortarman, with Easy Company, 2nd Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, participates in a steep slope mountain training course during Mountain Training Exercise 1-21 (MTX) at Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center, Bridgeport, Calif., Oct. 10, 2020.
