201015-N-KC128-0067 NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY BAHRAIN (Oct. 15, 2020) - Vice Adm. Samuel Paparo, commander of U.S. Naval Forces Central Command, U.S. 5th Fleet and Combined Maritime Forces, delivers remarks to Sailors assigned to Commander, Task Force (CTF) 56 during an all-hands call on board Naval Support Activity Bahrain, Oct. 15. CTF 56 is responsible for the planning and execution of expeditionary missions in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations in support of naval operations to ensure maritime stability in the Central Region, connecting the Mediterranean and Pacific through the Western Indian Ocean and three strategic chokepoints to the free flow of global commerce.
