Brian Thompson, 3654th Maintenance Company, Iowa Army National Guard, receives a "Super" sticker from Katrina Way, Defense Ammunition Center Logistics Management Specialist with the Installations, Logistics and Environmental Training Center for earning the maximum score possible on his most recent test, during the Technical Transportation of Hazardous Material course.
There are five tests the students must pass to complete the two week course at NGPEC.
The Technical Transportation of HAZMAT course teaches detailed technical information pertaining to all phases of transportation for hazardous materials. Personnel who successfully complete this course may be appointed to certify hazardous material shipments by land, vessel, and both commercial and military air.
