U.S. Army Senior Reserve Training Corps (SROTC) instructors from Task Force Colorado/Wyoming provide critical hands-on, leadership training for cadets in a field environment during Operation Agile Leader at Fort Carson, Colorado, on August 6, 2020. Training instructors consisted of commissioned officers and noncommissioned officers from SROTC programs at Colorado State, University of Colorado – Boulder, University of Colorado – Colorado Springs, and the University of Wyoming. OAL is U.S. Army Cadet Command's answer to the COVID-19 pandemic, where future commissioned officers are trained closer to home in small clusters to protect the health of the force rather than congregating them at Fort Knox for the annual Cadet Summer Training (CST).
