201120-N-DJ838-1039 YIGO, Guam (Nov. 20, 2020) Builder 2nd Class Micaela Tennant, assigned to U.S. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3’s Detail Guam, instructs Equipment Operator Constructionman Levi Beadlescomb on how to properly place formwork for one of the two sidewalks the Seabees will place for Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station Guam. NMCB-3 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
