Construction Dive Detachment Alfa, Underwater Construction Team 2 is a rapidly deployable operating unit of the Navy Expeditionary Combat Forces responsible for conducting expeditionary, inshore, waterfront, and underwater deep ocean facility construction, inspection, repair, and maintenance operations.
